Fashion Icon: Alexa Chung

All these snaps of some of Alexa's personal style ooze individuality. I love the simplicity of her outfit yet they are still so effective and stylish. By putting a printed blue skirt (far left) with a trouble free knit, black tights and black heels, is far better than trying to overdue an outfit; remember...less is more! I adore the middle outfit to a T! The leather look biker jacket gives the outfit a grunge feel whilst the black and white spotty skirt gives a girly sense overall. The SPECtacular (get it!?) circular sunglasses, round the whole outfit together to give it a cool feel. The far right image just shows that all you need in life is a big chunky knit, some leather shorts, tights and wedges to look flawless.

Alexa Chung always has effortless style day in day out and is said to be the muse of many Fashion Designers because of her incredible distinctive personal style. This in itself is one reason as to why she is one of the most watched women of the world when it comes to what she is wearing, and as to why she has featured on so many Fashion magazines across the globe including Elle, Vogue, and Harpers Bazaar. She may as well have her own custom seat at all the major Fashion Week's worldwide, as she is constantly spotted on the F-Row accompanied by her remarkable, unique style.

It must be every fashion girls dream to design a bag for Mulberry and get it named after you! Well that's exactly what this style icon has achieved  To the left is the 'Alexa' bag! Pretty amazing right? On top of all of this, she has appeared on so many 'best dressed lists' i wouldn't even be able to count! As well as this, in December 2010, Chung was awarded with British Style Award on behalf of the British Fashion Council describing her as "an individual who embodies the spirit of British fashion and is an international ambassador for the UK as a leading creative hub for fashion". This was then followed by another epic award a year later in 2011 as she was crowned the winner of the British Style Award at the British Fashion Awards, which just shows, the public adores her style just as much as the Fashion world does!
