My summer holiday!

This year, me and my family went on vacation to the South West of France and throughout my journey, i took photo's of my outfit choices to share with you guys to give you a taste of my personal style and just reasons why i dress like i do!

It was pool day and i opted for a blue and white floral sun dress that has gradually got shorter and shorter over the years i have had it due to my 5'9" self having numerous growth spurts! I chose this as it was the perfect cover up for the walk to the pool to put over my bikini and i just think it is a cute little dress in general for the summer sunshine. I accessorised with a beige floppy sun hat to product my fair hair from getting damaged by the heat of the sun, along with my cream sunglasses. I also wore my camera round my neck as i like to add a hint of tourism to my outfits when I'm abroad. For shoes, i opted for some low heeled brown wedges to further lengthen my porcelain legs.

For evening wear, i decided on a deep purple maxi skirt along with a white halterneck top. I chose this as i adore the colour of the skirt and i felt that the whiteness over the top helped to draw out my ever so faint sun kissed skin (fingers crossed anyway!). I accessorised the skirt with a thin brown and leopard print belt to clinch in at the waist. This was the only accessory i went for as i like to keep things simple because "less is more". As for my hair, i left it natural with a twisted braid at a side parting, to pin back my full fringe as the heat was unbearable that evening!

It was beach day, and i went for a casual look with lilac striped high waisted shorts and a white crop top with blue spots. I also chose to again wear my camera round my neck so it was easily accessible to capture that magical snapshot and also to add to my outfit and style. I kept my hair natural as well as a face clean of makeup. I also went bare foot to add to the beachy vibe and because i love to fell the sand sink between my feet!

If you haven't already noticed...i do love my floral patterns and its back again here! But in this case, it came as a strapless ruffle dress with white petals and the yellow pollen along with a dark blue material. The top half of the dress is figure hugging where as the bottom see's ruffles that float with a mind of its own. For footwear, i opted for my low brown wedges.

For another evening out, i went for, yes you guessed it, a floral pattern! (i have never realised how much floral i wear until i did this!) This time however, it was a high - low dress as it is short at the front to show off some leg, but long at the back so it leaves a pretty floaty trail behind you. I chose a thin gold belt to clinch in at the waist and give the dress (and myself) some shape! For shoes, i went for strappy gladiator style sandals.

So there you have it! These are some of my wardrobe choices that i chose to wear in my holiday. Please could you leave a comment below or email me at commercialcataloguecouture@gmail.com to give some feedback on whether you would like to see some more of my day to day outfit choices or just to express your opinion! Thank you!
